Our commitment
CRE Traded's target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a target and testing standard, not a claim that every current page or third-party resource fully conforms.
Measures we take
- Keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, semantic headings, labels, status messages, and skip links.
- Readable type sizes, responsive layouts, 44-pixel target goals, reduced-motion support, and color-contrast review.
- Automated accessibility checks across desktop, tablet, and mobile alongside manual keyboard and screen-reader-oriented review.
- Text alternatives for meaningful media and accessible address/list fallbacks for interactive maps.
Known limitations
- Third-party maps, linked calendars, listing documents, video, and virtual tours may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
- User-uploaded offering documents may not yet have tagged PDF structure or equivalent accessible versions.
- Complex data visualizations and newly released professional tools may require additional assistive-technology testing.
When an inaccessible document or workflow blocks you, contact us for a reasonable alternative.
Compatibility and assessment
We test current major browsers and responsive layouts and use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, and WAI-ARIA where needed. Automated tests cannot prove accessibility; manual review and user feedback remain essential.
Feedback and assistance
Email accessibility@cretraded.com with the page address, task you were trying to complete, assistive technology or browser if relevant, and a way to follow up. Do not include passwords or private deal documents. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days; production staffing must validate that service target before launch.
