Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using authenticated services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use CRE Traded for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Marketplace—not brokerage or advice
CRE Traded provides software for publishing, finding, comparing, and communicating about commercial and residential-income property. CRE Traded is not acting as your broker, agent, attorney, lender, appraiser, inspector, tax adviser, or investment adviser. A listing, match score, demand summary, calculator, verification badge, or alert is not a recommendation, valuation, guarantee, or substitute for diligence.
Accounts and professional access
- Provide accurate information and protect authentication methods.
- Use only your own identity and authority; notify support of suspected compromise.
- Broker-license verification is separate from owner, manager, team, or workspace authority.
- Invitations, roles, approvals, and access grants may be suspended or revoked to protect the marketplace.
Listings, files, and communications
Publish only information you are authorized to share and have a reasonable basis to believe is accurate. Clearly identify estimates and promptly update material changes. You retain ownership of your content and grant CRE Traded a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, format, display, index, and distribute it as needed to provide the service.
Do not upload malware, secrets, unlawful material, discriminatory housing content, misleading credentials, infringing media, or documents you lack permission to distribute. Files may be quarantined, blocked, or removed.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk harvest, evade rate limits, reverse engineer protections, interfere with service, or use data to build an unauthorized competing database.
- Do not impersonate, spam, phish, manipulate rankings, fabricate demand, or submit false inquiries, reports, reviews, licenses, or authority claims.
- Do not discriminate unlawfully or use the service to facilitate prohibited housing practices.
- Do not expose another person's personal or confidential information without authority.
Buy Box alerts and availability
Matches depend on listing data, user criteria, data coverage, timing, and service availability. Unknown fields may reduce confidence. Listings can change or become unavailable before an alert is opened. Independently verify price, availability, suite details, zoning, financials, and broker authority.
An optional AI-assisted explanation may summarize the structured evidence for a match. It does not select matches, override required criteria, fill in missing facts, recommend a transaction, or replace professional advice and diligence.
Email delivery is available only when enabled and operational; in-account results remain the authoritative match history. Alert timing is a target, not a guarantee.
Third-party services and contacts
Maps, websites, calendars, email delivery, listing-team communications, and linked resources may be operated by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply. CRE Traded does not endorse a property or professional merely by displaying user-supplied content.
Moderation and termination
CRE Traded may review, restrict, reject, unpublish, preserve, or remove content and accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement. Users can report listings and appeal by contacting support@cretraded.com. We may stop or change services, with notice when reasonably practical.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for decisions, diligence, backups, professional advice, and agreements made with other users. Final warranty exclusions, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, and venue provisions are intentionally not fabricated here and must be finalized by counsel before launch.
