Platform commitment
CRE Traded prohibits use of the service for unlawful discrimination. Users must follow all fair-housing, civil-rights, accessibility, licensing, and advertising rules applicable to their property, location, role, and conduct.
Residential-income listings
Multifamily, mixed-use housing, mobile-home communities, and other residential-income listings may be covered by housing laws even when marketed as investments. Listing text, images, audience selection, inquiries, tours, document access, and negotiations must not state or imply an unlawful preference, limitation, exclusion, or discouragement.
Prohibited conduct
- Discriminatory wording, images, targeting, steering, redlining, harassment, or different service based on a protected characteristic.
- Using Buy Boxes, search filters, broker tools, or demand data to screen people or housing opportunities unlawfully.
- Retaliating against a person who asks for an accommodation or reports a concern.
- Publishing false accessibility claims or refusing legally required reasonable accommodations.
Commercial property and professional conduct
Some fair-housing rules are specific to housing, but CRE Traded's non-discrimination rule applies across the marketplace. Brokers, owners, managers, tenants, investors, and teams must follow applicable employment, public-accommodation, contracting, and professional-conduct requirements.
Report a concern
Use the Report Listing control where available or email support@cretraded.com. Include the listing URL, conduct, date, and non-sensitive evidence. CRE Traded may preserve evidence, restrict content, or refer users to appropriate authorities. We do not determine legal rights or replace a government complaint process.
